A project involving financial fraud rocked South Korea to its very core just over ten years ago. Numerous innocent victims were duped into investing their entire life resources. The project’s creator, Noh Sang Chun, fled to China once it was revealed to be a fraud to avoid capture by the police. But shortly after, it was claimed he passed away inexplicably. The trail became icy. But eight years after he was said to be dead, the evidence would seem to indicate that the infamous con artist is still alive! There is a sudden increase in murders, and Noh Sang Chun is thought to be responsible.
