Dr. Kim Sa Bu and his colleagues at Doldam Hospital are dedicated to saving lives. After three years, a cutting-edge trauma centre with cutting-edge medical technologies will open.
However, a problem occurs on a North Korean ship that has drifted into South Korean waters before to the official opening of the institution. Doctors from Doldam Hospital fly out to assist the ship’s badly injured passengers. The sick, however, must be transferred to the hospital. To make matters more complicated, the South Korean government wants the North Korean patients repatriated to their nation as part of diplomatic attempts with their neighbour.
In the midst of the pandemonium, Cha Jin Man—Cha Eun Jae’s father and a longtime competitor of Dr. Kim Sa Bu—is summoned.
